RTU Mould Release
It is a ready-to-use (RTU) milky appearance white mold release agent product prepared with paraffinic-based base oils to prevent the concrete from sticking to the mold while pouring and to ensure smooth removal of the concrete from the mold. It provides easy and economical use.
Usage
It is used for metal and plywood concrete molds.
Usage Instruction:
It is used by brushing, spraying or dipping directly on the molds without any addition to the product.
Features
- Film Layer Creation Feature:
It forms a thin film layer in the mold with low viscosity structure and prevents the concrete from adhering to the mold. - Creating a Smooth Surface Feature:
It provides smooth concrete surfaces. - There Is No Mold Cleaning Problems:
It removes the mold cleaning problem and allows it to be used again. - Lubricant Property:
Due to the good lubrication properties, it prevents rusting of metal surfaces. - Long Mold Life:
It increases mold productivity and life span.
